[Miscellaneous] Save your pocket money for a month and spend it
all at once
There must have been times when you've wanted
something very badly but you don't get it even when you've put on your best
persuasive charms. Well, sometimes drastic measures are needed – namely, saving
your pocket money up to buy that special thing rather than making the usual
mistake of blowing it on junk food and text messages. If Christmas has been and
gone and your birthday isn’t for months, you really don't have much choice.
Well, unless you've got a soft gran or granddad you can work on for the cash.

[Learn to] Swim
When you can swim, it's hard to imagine why
others can't because like riding a bike, it feels so easy and you never forget
to do it. Thanks to dad, I started to learn how to swim when I was young.
Because it'll only become harder to learn the longer you leave it.
Start off in the
shallow end of the main pool where your feet easily touch the bottom. Next it's
a question of armbands, floats and a good teacher to help you learn the basic
techniques. Monitor your progress in terms of the number of meters you can swim
– 5,10 (about a width), 15,20,25 (the length of many pools) – and before long
you'll be diving for bricks and impressing people with your medley of swimming
styles.
Some [easy] types of swimming styles:
- Floating (It requires no skill, as long as you have a good pair of lungs)
- Doggy paddle
- Snorkeling
- Crawl
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
- Diving
- Backstroke

[Within Temptation] The most adorable band ever :)

[Learn to] Live without Something you love for a week
Learning to give up
things you love is a valuable lesson in self-discipline. It will help you stick
to your new year's resolutions in future, and one day you might have to give up
something you love that's bad for you. How would you feel if you had to give up
watching TV, texting friends, surfing the web and accessing your social media
networks, playing computer games, listening to music or eating chocolate? Try
to live without these things for the weekend and see what will happen with you.
These things aren't exactly bad for you, but too much of them could make you
rather anti-social, poor, lazy or unhealthy. "Tla3 3a dene and
Socialize"

[Hobbies] Join a club
Do you have a favorite hobby, sport, game,
animal, film or book? Well, a club's the best way to celebrate your favorite
things. You will be in contact with people with whom you can share information,
experiences and knowledge, giving you the opportunity to make friends with
like-minded people.

[Mischief] Make a Scene in a Public Place
William R Alger, an American writer and
minister once said "A crowd always thinks with its sympathy, never
with its reason". Test this out by seeing how people behave as a group.
Call it a science experiment, although really it's a chance to play practical
jokes on the unsuspecting general public.
30.
[Family & Friends] Research your family tree
Like it or not, we are who we are because of
who we are related to: it is in the genes. So why not find out about your
ancestors? You might discover more about yourself. You could turn out to be
related to someone famous.

[Learn to] Use new words
and drop them into conversation
It is embarrassing when people use words you
don't know. Do you nod and pretend to understand? Stop to ask them what they
mean? The worst thing you can do is not only pretend you understand, but then
pop the word into conversation yourself at the risk of using it wrongly. Well,
it's time to turn the tables on the clever clogs who scoff at your lack of
literacy. Learn difficult words and impress your people!!
PS: Something like [in Arabic: اتفلعص] I created this word out of nowhere, and I use it everywhere !

[Adventure] Get from A to B using GPS
Unless you intend to spend your life hanging
out in places you already know [which would be very boring], at some point you
will probably get lost. So learning how to use a GPS (the one installed in your
Smartphone) is important if you don’t want to waste time going round in
circles. It is great fun to explore new places – it feels like an adventure,
even when you know you are not the first to have been there.
33.
[First Love] Send a Valentine Card
I believe there is a pure love; either
during school time or in your neighborhood. Whether or not you think the feeling
runs both ways, send "that card" – it can't hurt. If nothing else,
you will make the person you like feel special. And at best, it could be the
sign they were waiting for from you, and the start of a beautiful friendship.
Yes I made a valentine card to a person when I was a little kid at school.
Recently, I tried to search for this person in all social media networks and
couldn’t find 'her'. It is up to you how well you protect your identity.

[Hobbies] Build your own website
Anyone who is anyone has a website!! It is the
perfect place to share your knowledge or experiences with the world. You can
put photos on it [scripts or flash] or write about anything that interests you
– perhaps yourself! [Just take care not to put personal details]
1- Create a domain name. This is the address you will find your website at,
such as www.zewex.com. You will
need to register your name online but it should be fairly cheap – not more than
10$ per year. I found GoDaddy.com the best deal. It will ask you to enter the
name you want to use for your website, to check that no one else is using it
already. If your address is unique, then you can follow the instructions for
registering.
2- Web space. To be able to show your content on your website you will need
space to hold the information you want people to view. This part of the website
will be the most costly but there are some places that give free web space.

[Sport & Activity] Drive something and teach how to drive!
If you thought you'd have to content yourself
with dodgems and remote-control cars until you passed your driving test, think
again. Under supervision and wearing the right safety equipment, you can drive
all sorts of engine-powered vehicles, so long as you don't drive them on public
roads or footpaths. To do that, you do need a license! When you are board
driving, start teaching others how to drive. I recently started with my sister...
She is a fast-learner.
I hope you enjoyed the "things to do before you are old and boring". And I hope that you enjoy them in Real Life !
